Involves an ever deepening awareness of destructive attitudes and behaviors, a willingness to surrender them, and the courage to practice new, lifegiving attitudes and behaviors, day in and day out.
Such awareness, surrender and daily practice leads to the discovery of our truest selves and transforms us into instruments of healing love in the lives of others.
"Recovery is a journey inward and a journey outward. We move inward to discover the buried treasure of our truest selves and outward to share the abundance with others”….Recovery Café Seattle WA
